Dr. Kalin is presently the Executive Director of the International Board of Medicine and Surgery (IBMS), an accrediting organization seeking the finest healthcare providers in the worldwhose certification mark has recently been approved by the U S Patent and Trademark Office.
Dr. Kaliniscertified in Family Practice by the Board of Certification in Family Practice of the American Board of Physician Specialists, and has served on both the Academy of Family Practice and Board of Certification.
Dr. Kalinis a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, is a certified Independent Medical Examiner of theAmerican Board of Independent Medical Examiners, and was Board Qualified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Kalinis presently a member of the Pinellas County Medical Society, Florida Medical Association, and is on the Board of Advisors of the Medical Tourism Association.
Dr. Kalinalso works as the Medical Director of 5 injury/accident clinics in Florida where he evaluates and treats patients with medical legal issues, and has a private medical practice specializing in Age Management and Optimal Wellness.
Moreover, Dr. Kalin, who has a Masters in Public Health, supervises over 100 tattoo and cosmetic tattoo (permanent makeup) artists in the State of Florida.
Dr. Kalin is licensed inFloridaas well as North Carolina where he frequently works as a camp physician during part of the summer.
Dr. Kalinwas been locally involved in his community as the President of B’nai B’rith, developed the long running television program “B’nai Brith Presents Jewish Life in Tampa Bay”, has written 2 books, one on health with illustrations entitled What’s Up, Doc?, the other poetry with drawings entitled A Moment’s Song Is All I Sing, and is currently the principal designer in the reconstruction of a local synagogue.
Dr. Kalinis a Mohel, Certified by the Jewish Theological Seminary and the Rabbinical Assembly.
Dr. Kalin, who speaks fluent Spanish and partial Hebrew, graduated fromNorthwestern Universityin biology, was a James Scholar at the University of Illinois School of Medicine, and attended the University of Illinois School of Public Health where he received a Masters in the Science of Public Health.
Dr. Kalindid postgraduate preceptorships in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Psoriasis, studied Alternative Health Care Systems, researched Decision Analysis in Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematous, did an internship at Illinois Masonic Medical Center and a Fellowship in Emergency Medicine at Hadassah Hospital, Jerusalem, Israel.
