Mr. Derrell Connor is an Account Executive in the Madison office of M3 Insurance Solutions for Business (M3). His primary role is to place and service employee benefit insurance products. Mr. Connor works with fortune 500 companies and is a firm believer in medical tourism as a solution for US employers.
In this capacity, Derrell consults with and advises clients about the design, implementation and management of their benefit programs.

Originally from Philadelphia, Derrell attended San Francisco State University. He began to focus his career on Worksite Marketing/ Voluntary Benefits and Long-Term Care products after moving to Madison in 1996. Derrell joined M3 in 1999.

Derrell is a licensed health and life insurance agent and is now pursuing the designations of Chartered Long-Term Care (CLTC) specialist and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). He is also a member of the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU).

Derrell is also active in the community. He serves on the board of the Urban League of Greater Madison, and is the chair of the Minority Business Advisory Council. He is also a radio talk show host, a columnist, and volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County.
