Born on 13 January 1964 in Moscow, Russia.

In 1981 completed Specialized English language school in Moscow

In 1988 graduated from STATE LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY with the specialization in Psychology, Methodology of teaching and English language.

1989 gave birth to the twin-babies and stayed on maternity leave till 1991. In 1991 divorced and resumed working.

In 1992-1994 worked as Project manager assistant in the World Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Economic Development Institute.

Since 1994 to 2002 worked first at Coopers & Lybrand and after the merger in 1997 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, first as a PA to HR manager (British expat), then as a Human Resources Officer.

Since 2003 to 2005 worked as HR Director at Rufaudit Alliance (national auditing-consulting firm), Member of Board of directors

Since 2005 to 2007 worked as a Head of HR department in  IDS Scheer (professional consulting)

And since 2007 till now work in Tupperware CIS as HR manager.
