Jonathan Hart, MD

Dr. Hart has 20 years of clinical experience to complement his 11 years of experience in medical management.  Currently, his role is Chief Medical Officer for International Medical Group (IMG), a provider of International Health Insurance as well as CMO for IMG’s wholly-owned, URAC accredited case management company, Akeso Care Management. 

 Having practiced in the varied venues of Office-based Medicine, the Hospitalist Inpatient setting, and the Emergency Department, Dr. Hart has experienced first hand the broad scope of medicine as it is practiced around the world.  His experiences as Medical Director for Office Practices, Medical Missions, Emergency Departments, and a Hospitalist program combined with his years of service on Medical Staff Executive Committees and as Hospital Chief of Staff and Chief Medical Officer have honed his skills in developing and utilizing quality assessment and performance improvement programs as well as clinical pathways as they relate to standards of care.  He has seen the practice of medicine from “all sides of the curtain” – patient, provider, administrator and insurer.

 Dr. Hart earned a Bachelor’s Degree from DePauw University in Indiana and an MD from Rush University in Chicago.  He is Board Certified in Family Practice.
