Justine is the Director of International Benefits at Citigroup in New York, with 15 years experience as a human resources professional.  In her current role, Justine provides corporate oversight of Citigroup’s benefit programs in over 100 countries, including governance, compliance and strategy/policy.  She provides guidance and support on the plan design, financing and funding of retirement and other benefit plans.  Justine also has responsibility for the global benefits insurance pooling arrangements, global travel accident and medical programs and the expatriate medical program.

 Justine participates in several industry groups such as the National Foreign Trade Council and the Foreign Benefits Study Group.  Prior to joining Citigroup in 2004, Justine spent her entire career as a consultant in the actuarial pensions arena. 

 Justine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
