Mark C. Goodman focuses his practice on litigation for companies ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to small startups in the United States and internationally. He is particularly experienced in complex commercial cases including insurance coverage, product liability and mass tort actions, unfair competition actions, contract disputes and intellectual property. Mr. Goodman has acted as lead counsel in multidistrict litigation involving consumer products. Mr. Goodman’s extensive federal and state court appellate and trial experience includes landmark California advertising injury cases involving trademark, trade name and copyright disputes, as well as other intellectual property, antitrust, privacy and sophisticated business litigation matters. He has completed trademark
registration and other transaction work around the world, handling the drafting of licensing agreements, e-contracts, leases and vendor agreements. Mr. Goodman is a member of the American Bar Association and the Litigation and Intellectual Property Sections of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
