Phil Pfrang is the lead partner of the Health Care & Life Sciences Merger & Acquisitions Transaction Services group. Phil has served some of our most important strategic and private equity clients and has extensive experience in international and cross-border transactions.

He has assisted clients with more than 400 completed or proposed transactions in a broad cross-section of sectors within health care and life sciences.

He has also extensive experience across a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, wholesale, consumer products, services, energy, heavy industry, mining, broadcasting, and media and telecommunications.

Phil has been involved in transaction services for more than 18 years, assisting clients either avoid completing a transaction that was destined to fail or negotiating a significant reduction in the purchase price as a result of the advice he provided.

Phil received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University.
